DASH AROUND, winner at Urbana on July 24th in p2:05.2, and to trainer/driver Clark Fairley! DASH AROUND was 3rd at Hawthorne on July 15th with a race time of p1:56.0. Dash broke at the start, recovered nicely, but was still trailing the field at the half mile marker. At the top of the stretch he was still in 6th, but he poured it on (last quarter in :27.2) and was beaten out of 2nd by a whisker in a photo finish.
